Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to customer satisfaction. We ship everything out within 3 business days, with shipping cost calculated during checkout.  Shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier and your location.

Warranty & Returns

Our products are backed by a lifetime warranty, and we are confident you will love them! We guarantee your satisfaction! If you’re not satisfied, you may exchange or return unused merchandise purchased on spartanoffroadgear.com for a full refund, less the original shipping charges and 15% restocking fees, within 30 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for the shipping charges. If you purchased your Spartan Offroad product through an Authorized Dealer, please follow their return policy for refunds. 

SPARTAN OFFROAD GUARANTEE

Spartan Offroad offers Lifetime Warranty Coverage. If your Spartan Offroad product is defective for no apparent reason, then it may be a manufacturer defect.  Simply submit a claim, including pictures & proof of purchase using the form below. If the claim is approved, we will provide you 100% product replacement. Customers are responsible for all warranty shipping costs. Note: Altering your product from the original state voids the manufacturer defect warranty. Any signs of gouges, stress marks or impact scratches will void the manufacturer defect warranty. Submerging your LED product voids the manufacturer defect warranty.  Our LED products are water resistant however, full submersion voids the manufacturer defect warranty. Improper installation, customization and/or reprogramming your LED remote voids the remote warranty. Warranty requests where the customer has failed to use Whip Springs under these circumstances are considered “customer caused” and are warrantied as described below.  

Issues Caused by the Customer

 Spartan Offroad is here to help. If you break your LED product in a crash or cause any other damage to the product and/or parts, Spartan Offroad will replace the LED product or other part, for 50% of the retail price of the product, plus shipping. Simply submit a claim, including pictures and proof of purchase using the form below, return the product back to Spartan Offroad, pay the 50% replacement cost & shipping and we will ship your replacement as soon as possible.
